- We offer several options for you to recieve your orders. Local orders can be collected from our store in Newcastle, or delivered by our friendly staff for a small fee (including computer systems). For those being sent further afield, we can ship via Australia Post for smaller orders, and Fastway Couriers for larger orders and items (such as printers, monitors, cases, etc). Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. - Returns & Replacements
- Just Bytes will only accept returns and replacements for faulty goods, as required by NSW Fair Trading law. Please ensure that any items ordered are fully compatible with your existing equipment before ordering, as we will not accept returns based on change of mind or incompatibility.
