IN-STORE SERVICE

Inspection Fee: $55 - This includes a complete inspection of your PC, and detection of the cause of your problem. We will then give you a quote on costs to repair any problems. This also includes 15 Minutes of general labour for any 'quick-fix' jobs.

Priority Inspection: $95 - This is the same as our standard Inspection, but the job is placed in a priority queue, with 90% of jobs being inspected same day.

General Labour: $25 / 15 Mins - General labour is charged when any additional labour work is required to repair a system - including software fixes, changing settings, physical repairs, etc. We will attempt to notify you of any general labour costs will be required to complete your service job before the labour is completed. General labour may also be applicable where extensive diagnostic work is required.

Installation Of Parts: $15/ea at the time of purchase, or $45/ea thereafter, or for items purchased elsewhere. Includes physical installation plus drivers & software.

System Optimisation: $95 - Ensure your system is running at it's peak with our System Optimisation. Including removal of temporary files, errant registry files, disabling excess startup items, and ensuring your system has the latest Windows Updates.

Windows Re-Install: $115 - This will restore your computer to its "Factory Default" state - a complete cleanup of your hard drive - this is useful if your computer is really slow, you're recieving lots of error messages, or if you're selling your computer.

Software Clean-up: $125 - Infected? Our system clean-up involves Virus Scan & Removal, Adware/Spyware Scan & Removal, also includes windows updates & security fixes to keep your system clean.

Secure Data Removal: $45 - This will ensure that no data from your hard drive can be read, by completely wiping the drive. If you plan on selling or disposing of your computer, it is recommended your computer have its data removed securely to avoid unscrupulous characters gaining your valuable personal information. This can be completed in addition to a Windows Re-Install if you're selling your PC.

Data Backup & Recovery: from $45 - Getting a new computer? Had a computer fail? In most cases, we can backup or recover data from your computer from as little as $45. This will vary depending on how much data, and the level of recovery required - give us a call, or drop in for a quote.

Laptop LCD Replacement: from $399 - If you've damaged your LCD screen (including but not limited to cracks/shattered panels, lines across the screen, failed backlights, etc), we can repalce it from $399. This price includes the panel and installation.

Warranty Work - Work carried out under warranty is of course free. However, should no fault be found, or any faults found not be covered under warranty, standard service fees will apply.

ONSITE SERVICE

Onsite service work, including but not limited to - new parts installation, software fixes, virus removal & repairs, etc are available in the Newcastle, Hunter, Port Stephens and Lake Macquarie regions.

Onsite labour is charged at $125 /hour for business customers, and $95 /hour for home-users, for standard Monday to Friday business hours. A callout fee of $35 may apply for travel depending on distance. Please call if you would like clarification on our service area.

We offer a discounted rate of $85 /hour for if you present any of the following: Seniors Card, Armed Forces ID, Emergency Services ID (Police/Fire/Ambulance). *Excludes businesses, the following surcharges apply where applicable.

After Hours, weekend and urgent response callouts are also available; however the following surcharges will apply.

After Hours (5pm - 9am M-F) - 1.5x Standard Rate
Saturday (10am - 4pm) - 1.5x Standard Rate
Sunday (10am - 4pm) - 2x Standard Rate
Urgent Response (Onsite same day - ASAP) - 2x Applicable Rate - i.e. Urgent response on Saturday would be charged at $125 x 1.5 x 2 = $375 /hr.
